Nothing But The Best For YOU + ME All 2023
First, let me start by saying HAPPY NEW YEAR Y'ALL!
I hope the beginning of 2023 has been kind, relaxing, and pleasant for each and every one of you. Unfortunately, I got hit with the stomach virus before the end of the year, and I'm just finally feeling like my old self. This email should have been sent out on NYE, so I apologize for the delay.
There's something about not feeling well at the top of the New Year- it definitely forced me to sit down and rest. At first, I was angry about it, but it ended up being just what I needed. It forced me to REST, instead of trying to start the New Year at an unsustainable break-neck speed.
So, if you're feeling a little down that you're not crushing your resolutions or that you weren't able to accomplish all you set out to do during the holiday break, I'm here to tell you to give yourself grace! You've got all of January to get your ducks in a row! Feel free to relax and move with intention throughout the month.
